Subject: [PATCH] thing-contract goldens: re-blessed surface-all-arms
 (TextInput with InputKind::Text) and surface.cc (thing:asset_catalog: key
 prefix); five domain refusal goldens added

Written by the production encode path (THING_BLESS=1, goldens_match). No other golden changed. Builds.
