Sleipnir moved into Muninn with its history (Muninn f4f1f85, operator ruling Q9); the StreamPixels ship that gated this deletion completed 2026-09-29. Removes the crate, its workspace member, its Cargo.lock entries (including vigem-client), the sleipnir:build/sleipnir:start package scripts, and the deploy/restart/start launcher scripts that shipped Odin's sleipnir.exe.
