Idunn's build runner passes --locked, precisely so a sealed source builds the dependency set it was sealed with, and refused: error: cannot update the lock file /workspace/Cargo.lock because --locked was passed to prevent this Which is the runner doing its job. The failure landed in Sealing, before fencing, so the admitted incumbent was never touched -- Odin stayed up on the same pid throughout.
