Cargo.lock is the CultLib pin; delete deploy/cultlib.commit and dead muninn scripts

deploy/cultlib.commit said 542ddd3 while the built pin is Cargo.lock's 3bf1c0c.
Nothing reads the file (the Idunn recipe builds with `cargo --locked`), so it is
deleted and the README names the lock. package.json's muninn:build/muninn:start
named a muninn-daemon crate that no longer exists in this workspace.
