- Only an on-demand scheduled task, `\Codex-Sleipnir-LAN-Proof`, remains. It last ran on 2026-07-17.
- Raven runs `muninn.exe` alone.
**Cut 2 Soul pass, 2026-09-30: fix first.** The queues, caps and budget ownership hold. Findings:
- Audio waits behind a whole video group send.
- The deadline is checked only when the socket blocks.
- Whole-frame drops leave the receiver no trace.
- A packetizer overflow can emit a corrupt access unit.
- The budget has no upper clamp.
**Ruling (Self, 2026-09-30): the receiver owns loss signalling.** A frame lost whole on the network looks the
same as one the sender dropped, so there is one owner for both:
- Ratatoskr requests a keyframe on a `frame_id` gap. This is a Cut 4 requirement.
- Cut 2 makes every sender-side drop (queue cap, expiry, packetizer overflow) consume a `frame_id`, so the gap
is visible.
- The latency budget is clamped to 2000 ms.
