Import Sleipnir from Odin 379b826 with history

Merges crates/sleipnir-daemon/{Cargo.toml,src/main.rs} filtered from Odin
main 379b826 (git filter-repo --path, unrelated history). Source is
unchanged; the manifest still carries Odin's pins and is repointed in the
next commit.
