Meta Vens 78086705a0 deploy-provenance map: runner failure evidence (body facts R1-R8) 
Imagination for cut runner-failure-evidence: the docker runner discards
stdout, so a step that reports on stdout fails with an empty message; the
tail moves to a root-only typed evidence store read by idunn status.
