Fix R-I14: update the last direct resolve_frozen_source_symlink call site

validate_frozen_source_symlink_accepts_a_legitimate_in_root_parent_reference
still called resolve_frozen_source_symlink with the pre-port two-argument
signature. Missed in the R-I14 commit; the crate did not compile.
