- 1 nginx reload, which was Odin's own route promotion during its `5c37860` deploy.

- Also deployed in the window: Odin `5c37860`, carrying CultLib `3bf1c0c` (RUDP stray-packet hardening in every
runtime), Sleipnir removed, and presence ordering decided by activation identity.
- Still open for Odin: it exits when its 64-slot RUDP session table fills, because its own heartbeat publish
fails. Publishers that never Disconnect hold slots for 30 s. The fix is in Hands.
- The second run, with Odin broken on purpose, remains the operator's to schedule.
