Name the harness's real path in the cut8 entries header

Browse source 
F5: cut8's entries header still named the deleted
F:\Projects\Epiphany\tools\eureka-mutations.ps1. The harness moved to
C:\Users\Meta\.claude\skills\eureka\tools\eureka-mutations.ps1 on 2026-09-17;
cut9 and cut10's headers already needed the same fix and are corrected
alongside their own entries in this batch.
