Soul F5: the provider witness names GC_ACCESS_PROVIDER_GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET_FILE
and GC_ACCESS_PROVIDER_SPOTIFY_CLIENT_SECRET_FILE, but the recipe declared
neither, so an Idunn binding could not configure either provider. Both
providers are live code (the provider list, the catalog and the OAuth start
route serve them), so both names are declared as optional.
