Meta Vens 7904e17cd2 Pin the predicate splitter on a quoted identifier 
Soul pass 7's Y2, treating only single quotes as quoted text, survived:
no test gave the splitter a double-quoted identifier. One case now holds
an identifier containing " AND (" and checks it stays whole.
