Its content is fully superseded: it names dead E:\Projects\Heimdall / E:\Projects\StreamPixels paths (this host is F:\Projects), and its "next action" (Heimdall commit f22db66 "Add StreamPixels managed auth seams", plus the paired StreamPixels-side commit) already landed. Kill attempt: rg -n "scratch-compaction-d44a230f" across all of F:/Projects excluding target/node_modules/.git: only this file itself, the census docs, and gamecult-site's generated interactive repo-doc-tree (GameCult/static/interactive/gamecult-compound/repo-doc-tree/heimdall.json), which is a static catalog snapshot linking to GitHub blob URLs for every tracked file in every repo, not a functional reader — it will show one more stale link next time it's regenerated, same as it would for any other file deleted from any repo.
