REC-021: cli-spinner and elkjs had no source consumer (rg over
package.json/package-lock.json only, no *.ts/*.tsx/*.js/*.mjs hit) and
the `profile` npm script invoked an `0x` binary that is not declared
as any dependency (rg '"0x"' package.json -> no match), making it
broken as shipped. Removed both deps and the script; updated
package-lock.json via `npm install --package-lock-only`.
Not executed from REC-021: the "unused nested graph package
manifest/build script under quartz/graph-spa" claim is false. It is
built by scripts/build-graph-spa.mjs (documented in README.md and
AGENTS.md), consumed by sibling sites via
`node ../GameCult-Quartz/scripts/build-graph-spa.mjs --siteRoot ...`,
and its own package.json does not depend on elkjs at all. Left
untouched.
Kill attempts that failed: none beyond the graph-spa false-positive
above; cli-spinner/elkjs/0x had zero hits outside manifests.
