EveTui

EveTui is the provider-agnostic compact terminal lowerer for Eve surfaces. It consumes provider advertisements and surface documents, emits typed command intents through provider-owned boundaries, and publishes terminal-grid capture evidence without owning provider state or plugin semantics.

Eve owns the surface contract. EveTui owns terminal projection, package and test lifecycle, and capture artifacts. Providers remain the only writers of live state.
