Subject: [PATCH] Point the huginn-cc fixture at Eve as owner

Eve's huginn-cc-surface.conformance.json now says ownerRepo Eve; the
parity manifest still said Huginn, so the ownerRepo comparison in
run-parity.mjs failed for the fixture. Match the metadata.
