The Hands brief template's admission line now says Hands admits its cut_report and no resolution of any finding, citing campaign-state.md. A fix batch lists each finding id with the commit it believes fixes it, as a promise for Soul to measure.

Why: on 2026-10-03 Self's briefs told Hands to admit Fixed resolutions; the template was silent at that line. Soul's verdict variants:verdict:cut-c2a-declared-apply.s1 (finding hands-closed-own-findings) found one self-closed fix only partly fixed.
