From f8dc3a53193b36728dc0e6d3d5ef7fe13d8a4f04 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Eureka Date: Sat, 3 Oct 2026 15:05:35 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] Hands template: admit the cut_report and no resolution; a fix batch names the commit it believes fixes each finding On 2026-10-03 Self's briefs told Hands to admit Fixed resolutions, and the template's admission line was silent, so nothing contradicted them. Verdict variants:verdict:cut-c2a-declared-apply.s1 found one such closure only partly fixed. The rule already stands in SKILL.md section 5 and campaign-state.md; this puts it where briefs are written.
