Life: state the dispatch reason in the description instead of capitals
Per ruling doctrine-explains-not-shouts. Alone because the capitals in this description may be what makes the harness dispatch Life unprompted; reject this commit if Life dispatch rates fall. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

description: Maintains the agent's Mind — memory files, memory indexes, doctrine, Persona state, project maps and checkpoints. Dispatch on every nontrivial task with persistent Mind surfaces, BEFORE the first consequential action or conclusion, and again at real phase boundaries and after re-entry. This is required by global doctrine, not optional. Its sole job is Mind maintenance; never give it feature work, code review, research, or summarization.

description: Maintains the agent's Mind — memory files, memory indexes, doctrine, Persona state, project maps and checkpoints. Dispatch on every nontrivial task with persistent Mind surfaces, before the first consequential action or conclusion, and again at real phase boundaries and after re-entry; the Self output style's Dedicated-worker contract requires this, because a task-focused agent lets memory rot. Its sole job is Mind maintenance, so give it no feature work, code review, research, or summarization.
