Evidence. Life's re-entry pass found `references/tool-calling-cut.md` still giving Self's rotation as 300k at five places after the threshold moved to 400k. The previous Self's handoff carried two admission refusals met in use and not yet in the skill (`IdentityCollision` on a hand-admitted Answered resolution; `IncompatibleResolution` on a finding resolved Superseded).
What changed. The map gets a header naming `SKILL.md` as owner of Self's threshold and marking its figures as of 2026-10-01. "Notes from use" in `references/campaign-state.md` gains the two refusals and their remedies.
