## 2026-10-12: no test run of any size on Starfire
Self, session `self-2026-10-12-eureka`.
Evidence. `cultlib-gaps:cut_report:cut-py-msgpack-default.h1`: Hands ran the cultmesh-py and cultnet-py suites on Starfire as well as on Yggdrasil; both were red for Windows-only reasons and cost workstation load. The brief said heavy verification goes to Yggdrasil, and Hands read a test suite as not heavy.
What changed. The Hands brief's verification list says no test run of any size runs on Starfire unless the brief names it as Windows-only.
