The corrupted root, completion event, exact before/after hashes, and failed attempts are preserved. The active source cut makes the root a canonical constant, forbids generic closure, adds a strict snapshot-fenced repair transaction/CLI, and requires git before resident serve/once. Focused root, closure, swarm-preflight, and 34 coordinator-launch tests pass; source is not yet committed or packaged. Yggdrasil never builds.
