  semantic_cache_cut: The current worktree derives Modeling semantic work from the complete exact keyed RepoModel document-version set and the Mind commit receipts that own those versions. Work items are content-addressed cache physiology generated from the freshly assembled view, so disjoint Mind commits never contend on a singleton projection head. Every operation rederives the complete current keyed basis from its opening snapshot; full-snapshot CAS fences concurrent namespace phantoms. Bootstrap work cannot suppress a later keyed basis, and Modeling retention judges staleness by exact basis identity rather than synthetic aggregate generation or timestamp order. The projector's graph-shaped revision/hash fields survive only as compatibility-shaped cache DTO fields and cannot admit Mind or route cognition.
