Fresh v44 proves proposal Modeling, canonical Imagination, dedicated Mind adoption, and exact Hands gating without overrides. Hands inspection then falsified the adopted path ceiling: it omits the status-composition owner required by the checkpoint repair. The gate held, but adopted Hands work has no typed refusal or relinquish transition, leaving the frontier unable to return lawfully to planning. Persona consequence, retention, endurance, and Linux/Yggdrasil cognition remain open.
