Meta Vens 0d3f6bd65b Put the Eureka pipeline store in the repo where the task runs ... Operator ruling (2026-09-15), superseding the user-level store: each campaign's store is committed in the repo where the task runs, and knowledge crosses repos only through explicit sharing.
