Starfire runs an authenticated release containing the typed snapshot receiver and explicit repository-Body topology binding. Its live Verse names only repo:F:/Projects/Epiphany, the signed snapshot crossing is transport-only, heartbeat and resident Self are fresh after a controlled restart, no private state is exposed, and the canonical brake remains engaged.
