# Scratch

Disposable working memory for one bounded rite.

## Current Subgoal

No active scratch subgoal.

Rehydrate from `state/map.yaml` and `notes/fresh-workspace-handoff.md`.
Populate this file only when a new bounded investigation begins; clear it when
the finding is admitted, rejected, or moved into durable evidence.
