Future local dream/status/Verse work should start from CultMesh, not raw CultNet, unless the task is polishing the CultMesh internals themselves. Preserve the three Verse tiers: `epiphany-internal` for private sub-agent typed state, `gamecult-local` for trusted LAN/Yggdrasil-tunnel GameCult sharing, and `epiphany-global` for untrusted public dreams plus topic-specific threaded public rooms for Face posts.
