- **S-4:** refuse U+2028 and U+2029 as well as `is_control()`. Everything else stays allowed, so ZWJ and ZWNJ still work. Test both embedded.
- **S-5:** restore the bytes-versus-characters caveat in the `Title` description.

- **S-1:** `OrgRepo` is hand-written outside `bounded_text!`, with `PartialEq`, `Eq`, `Hash`, `PartialOrd` and `Ord` over `identity()`. Key derivation for Stewardship and HandOff escapes `repo.identity()`. Every other macro member is untouched.

- **S-4:** U+2028 and U+2029 are refused.
- **S-5:** the schema caveat is restored, nine schemas regenerated, and the byte-for-byte pin passes.
