Its resident heartbeat resumed at pulse 012558, crossed the 320-directory
hysteresis edge at pulse 012561, emitted a named 64-directory retention receipt
for 3,615,104 bytes, continued to pulse 012562, and left 258 directories. The
three quarantined reset-era pulses were retired in that receipt. PID 19928 owns
the live process; logs are
`.epiphany-run/resident/heartbeat-v8-42bc665a.stdout.log` and `.stderr.log`.
Warm exact packaging after the root target-set transition measured 1m12s stable
phase plus 6.56s coordinator, confirming the prior 7m19s pass was a one-time
target-set relink rather than the new steady state.
The first exact `339d5a6f` build completed its Rust 1.95 graph in 17m07s but
failed because the isolated coordinator artifact was absent. Rebuilding that
single target restored the cache. A detached clean-worktree retry then exposed
