Acceptance is now split into
`epiphany-core/src/coordinator_acceptance.rs`: admission errors,

role/reorientation acceptance mutation construction. The remaining mixed
service fell from 661 to 278 lines; acceptance is 367 lines and results remain
461 lines. The same sixteen coordinator-related core tests and eight bridge
tests pass. Extract state ownership next, leaving a policy-free facade.
Bridge identity correction from 2026-06-22: Epiphany owns swarm execution,
repo Body work, branch-local lanes, memory, evidence, and Persona cognition.
Bifrost owns GameCult identity, governed crossings into GitHub/Discord/Reddit
