Every test run inside the runner rebuilds `packages/cultnet-ts/dist/`
from the mutant under test, so after the final restore of the source the
compiled module still carried the last mutant. The runner now rebuilds
the package after the restore and asserts `dist/cultmesh-authority.js`
contains a sentinel the last listed mutation removes, checked against the
list itself so a reordering cannot make the assertion vacuous.
The original bytes are also written to `<target>.mutation-original`
before the first write and removed after the verified restore. A run
killed mid-mutation is repaired from that sidecar at the next run's
start, instead of by whoever notices git status.
