Soul had this green in the rig at 376 bytes and called it "blocked on
unbuilt page-assembly ownership" - the wrong thing: only the two
*evaluators* producing the same page from the same rows needed that move
(a separate claim, R-AR); the two *encoders* producing identical bytes for
the same page value never did. Land the whole
cultnet.snapshot_response_raw.v1 envelope, byte-identical between Rust's
encode_cultnet_message_to_vec and C#'s CultNetSnapshotResponseRawV1Message,
on both runtimes.
The existing header/edge vectors also proved nothing about tags
(string[] vs Vec<String>) or payload (byte[] vs serde_bytes): both were
absent at every value pinned. Add a header with tags populated and an
edge with a payload populated, captured the same way against a real
MessagePack C# 3.1.7 run on Yggdrasil. Neither diverged - the two
mappings agree byte-for-byte.
