Fix 1 (native half): faultConnection() called the caller-supplied onFault
handler unguarded. A throwing handler escaped faultConnection(), then
dispatch(), then the pump's async loop as an unhandled rejection nobody
awaits, crashing the process on a single bad connection. Wrap the call and
report instead of propagating, matching the try/catch dispatch() already
has around the listener call that reaches faultConnection() in the first
place.
Subtraction: fold the private NativeBindings interface and the
bindingsCache wrapper object into the runtime class's own methods, which
already typed the same twelve calls one door down. The wrapper only
restated that typing a second time. loadBindings() now returns the raw
koffi handles (untyped, koffi has no useful types) and the class methods
do the alloc/decode work directly, the way half of them already did for
their out-parameters. Net -101 lines despite the added refCount getter and
a trimmed module doc comment (no longer narrating the koffi probe process
twice).
Also exposes CultMeshQuicNativeRuntime.refCount as a public static getter
(renaming the backing field to refCountValue): the batch's regression
tests assert it returns to baseline after a fault, a peer shutdown, and
release(); nothing else needed to reach into a private static before.
