Soul's triage on 52082ec named ~12 live survivors across
CultNetSelection.cs/CultNetSelectionEvaluator.cs, each sitting on a rule
this cut exists to enforce, plus 75 uncovered mutants behind them. Each
new test drives the public selection/evaluator surface with a fixture
built to make the rule's failure observable in the answer, not in the
code's spelling - several needed new fixtures (a mixed numeric/string
alias, an index alias differing from its member name, two reference
members resolving to one target) because their absence is why the
mutant survived in the first place.
Two of the five EdgesFor order-flip mutants (To.SchemaId/To.Key) are not
addressed: within one hop direction an edge's (From, Role) already
determines its To deterministically, so no legal selection can tie
anchor+From+Role while To differs. Recorded as a likely equivalence,
left for Stryker's own verdict rather than forcing a contrived test.
