Meta Vens 4ec75eec18 cultnet-ts: regenerate Idunn runtime fixtures with the stateful lease-bound set ... Output of the Rust generator (3c9ce38) on Yggdrasil. Every set is re-enrolled, so all bytes change; adds service-stateful with lease.cc, the two wrong leases and the warming/active/degraded vectors.
