Meta Vens b9ce601844 Python: a record is stamped with its registered schema id and the catalog publishes it; cultnet no longer infers a schema from a payload 
put_envelope, put_envelopes and load stamp the registered schema's id, and the store writer publishes every record's id, so a
replicated record under a compatible id no longer leaves a store nothing can open. cultnet-py resolves a raw record by the schema
ids its documents list and nothing else.
