cultmesh-ts: a put completes on its result frame, not on the transport ack (merged). publishRudpDocumentAndWaitForReceipt rejects with the typed CultMeshRudpWriteRefusedError whether the refusal arrives before or after the ack; with no server success frame the wait is bounded by resultWindowMs (default 500 ms), a success reply ends it early. Raw send primitives carry the doc line: fire-and-forget; an ack or a return is not admission; read the result frame.
