Delete branch "libby/py-client-ack-is-not-admission"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Subscription over RUDP: send, wait for the reliable ack, read_next raises CultNetPeerError write_not_authorized. Python's transport receive yields data frames only, so the ack/refusal order cannot reach read_next. Mutant (_raise_peer_error no-op) fails it.
Test-only. Invariant (Heimdall): no client treats a reliable-transport ack as write admission; a put completes only on its result frame.
