Follow-up libby-body:follow_up:cultnet-py-schema-catalog-error-stale.

Catalog required = the contract's five keys; code = the closed enum or null; no messageId property (the contract is closed). The test now compares required, property names and the code enum to contracts/cultnet/cultnet.error.schema.json. Checked: with the old catalog the test fails (1 failure).

Tests: packages/cultnet-py python -m unittest discover -s tests: Ran 120 tests, OK.

Not touched: interop_peer.unsupported_schema_version_error still emits a code outside the enum, a messageId and no routingHint (follow-up cultnet-py-peer-error-code-outside-enum, needs a ruling).
