Key measurement: a query-point weight is common to all candidates and never
changes the winner; site and cell-centre weights differ from each other on
11-15% of pixels; no variant pops in space or time while the window holds
the winner; the window must scale with the weight ratio.

Section 1.6: probe on Yggdrasil at 2037dd44. Python's untyped catalog
stamps System.Object, and the reference refuses the whole store at

Prior-art and Body facts for the cultlib-gaps fork raised by
cut-union-bounds-py.h1 (undone): whether Python slots grow a scalar
type vocabulary to match the C# reference.

Probe facts for ruling cultlib-gaps:ruling:extra-trailing-slots: the C# skip site and why a
resolver guard sees every nested object and arm, the mark arriving at depth 0, 1, 2, in an arm
and in a list element in C#, Rust, Python and TS, the cost on Aetheria.cc against an A/A
control, a live nested case in Aetheria (WeaponData.Tracking), the C# whole-view flush that
re-encodes every held record, and Kotlin's missing library slot codec. Cut order step 4 and
the model page follow the ruling.

Imagination pass imagination-cl-union-parity: MessagePack-CSharp's union
miss branch read and run, a CultCache-layer arm guard proved without a fork,
Aetheria's and StreamPixels' stores walked for arms and slots, and the Rust,
TS and Python slot and union behaviour measured.

Bumps CultMath.csproj, the Unity package.json, the org.gamecult.cultlib
dependency and the semver-policy paragraph to 0.4.0. CHANGELOG states the snoise
tie rule under Breaking and the additions since 0.3.0. The tracked DLL and pdb
still read 0.3.0 at this commit, so the release script's parity check fails here.

The cyclic step in Ashima's 3D simplex degenerates on the lattice diagonals,
including the origin and every (t,t,t). The fix is one strict compare, giving
simplexnoise1234's total tie order. Probes show it is bit-identical off the
z = x tie set and continuous on it. SNOISE_LIPSCHITZ re-measures to 7.9640074,
and SNOISE_HESSIAN does not move. Merge order: snoise-tie first, then the
affine branch merges main.

(c)'s wells are 1.1-2.5x the 60-unit noise band deep; a 10x well (depth and
half-depth radius 600) measured on the scratch probe: interval already skips
most empty space, affine gains 1.14x/1.16x over the centred interval. (c)
becomes the deep well; the mass-derived wells stay as a printed row.
