b6b6572abf Regenerate the leaf and union golden vectors with element ids 
Written by the C# reference under CULTCACHE_WRITE_VECTORS=1 (NumericLeafVectorTests,
UnionParityVectorTests) on Yggdrasil; not hand-edited. Mutation testing does not
apply to regenerated vectors.

51631f07d5 Caching tests: regenerate leaves-reads.msgpack from the C# reference (11 leaves x 23 tokens, 253 rows) and the README rows 
leaf-record.msgpack is unchanged. The any leaf now has a ext refusal (d40100) and the record leaves read a complete second slot.
