Meta Vens	69a21bb057	Record the operator's rulings on document variants Q1-Q7 ... Q3 is ids everywhere, minted on load (not opt-in). Q4 is soft drift for dangling overrides, which supersedes one of the target's refusals. The others were ruled as recommended.
