Move IdunnDaemonHealthTrustBindingRecord into cultnet-rs

odin-core only re-exported this contract from Odin's tree while the
sibling health/trust records already live in provider_health_contracts.rs.
Moving it here lets idunn-daemon depend on cultnet-rs directly instead of
odin-core, clearing the way to extract idunn-daemon into its own repo.
