Found by the put-serve Hands (batch 3, `38000efa`, 2026-09-30); they belong to this map's cuts:
- **Python codes outside the closed code list.** Python refuses with `document_unservable`,
`malformed_document_put` and `snapshot_*_exceeded`. None of these are in the closed `cultnet.error.v0` code
list, and Rust and TS peers refuse to decode an unknown code.
- **Two error-map shapes.** TS sends a two-key error map that its own peers cannot parse. Rust sends the five-key
contract shape. The two agree only at the message level.
- **The session after a refusal.** TS and Python keep the session open after a refusal; Rust sends a goodbye and
ends it.
- **New Rust refusal frame.** The put-serve branch adds a Rust refusal frame, `cultnet.error.v0` carrying the
reason text with no code and no details, sent before the goodbye and acknowledging nothing. Cut 1 gives it a
code.
