Leave the CultCache Unity manifest to the routing branch

The routing branch drops the org.gamecult.cultmath dependency from
src/GameCult.Unity/Assets/Caching/package.json; bumping it to 0.2.0 here only
manufactured a merge conflict. The file returns to the merge base (8be174b).
