cultmesh-rs: the fragment-bound tests pump the client while they wait

Browse source 
A put of 55 fragments leaves the client in flow-window steps, so the
server hears it only while the client reads acknowledgements and resends.
The helper that waits for a refusal or a stored put now pumps the client.
