Subject: [PATCH] Drop the unused GameCult.Logging reference from
 GameCult.Caching

No Caching source uses it. Networking, the only CultLib user, references
Logging directly; no external consumer (Aquarium, Ymir, Mimir, AquaSynth,
Gjallar, Delvehold) uses the GameCult.Logging namespace.
