Meta Vens 007350b327 Move Zenith reactor hardpoint off center ...

The centered 4x4 reactor left no 4x4 interior block free, so the only
docking bay could never fit and every non-tutorial station threw
InvalidLoadoutException. Edited by the operator in the database tools.
