AetherDb Program.cs: both sides appended a command (pd-gear/mine-launcher, pirates-faction); kept all, one usage line. GameData/Aetheria.cc: master's blob kept here, pirates-faction apply replayed on it in the next commit (follow-up catalog-blob-merge-order).
